At Crocodile, we provide our customers with strictly brand new merchandise. Our customers appreciate the comfort of knowing that all items they purchase at our store have not been tested out by other customers. To preserve this guarantee, we do maintain a strict store policy. The details are outlined as follows.
Did you want to bring something back?
Crocodile has a strict "no refund" policy. However, if you wish to bring back your item you may do so for an exchange or Store Credit. Items must be brought back within 10 days of purchase with a regular receipt or 20 days with a Gift Receipt. Receipts must be presented at exchange. Items must be in original condition with the original packaging.
For hygienic reasons, all mattresses, bathing and feeding items are final sale. This includes but is not limited to: bed and crib mattresses, cribs, travel cots, peapods, bassinets, baby bottles, pacifiers, diapers, swim diapers, bathtubs, bathing suits, bath seats, potties, toilet seats, sippy cups. These items cannot be brought back and exchanges will not be accepted for these items.
For safety reasons all car seats and booster seats are final sale. Once they have left the store we can no longer ensure the integrity of the car seat. These items cannot be brought back and exchanges will not be accepted.
Other items that are a final sale include safety gates and books. These items cannot be brought back and exchanges will not be accepted.
All on sale items are final sale and cannot be brought back - exchanges will not be accepted.
Store Credit will be placed under your name and can be used at anytime in-store or online and will never expire. You will be given a receipt detailing the amount of Store Credit. Please present this receipt when using your Store Credit. You can transfer your Store Credit to a friend by purchasing a gift certificate.
Sales and Promotions
All Sales and Promotions offered online or in-stores apply to new orders only and cannot be combined with other offers (ex. Free Shipping), recently created Store Credit, vouchers or coupons. All sales and promotions are final sale.
Exchanges from the USA
Any products that are sent back from the US are for Store Credit or exchanges only and will only be accepted if they are sent by the US Postal Service. Sending packages back to Crocodile Baby via FedEx or UPS will lead to brokerage fees and duties that will be added to your account. Note that these packages must be clearly marked as "Return to sender".
Final Sale For On Sale Merchandise
All On Sale items are a final sale. Items cannot be brought back to any Crocodile Baby Store and exchanges will not be accepted.
Final Sale For Special Orders
All special orders are a final sale. Items cannot be brought back or exchanged. Cancelled sales orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Store Credit for Online Orders
*Please note that when your online order has been processed and we have accepted payment, you are only qualified for store credit or exchange on items that you would like to bring back or if you cancel your order. The same policy applies to phone purchases.*
If you wish to send back what you have purchased over the internet, you may do so within 10 days. You must send the receipt and the goods must be in their original packaging and unused. It is a good idea to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you would like to send an item back for Store Credit. Once we receive your item, we will generate a Store Credit in your name for the amount of the merchandise and taxes thereon. You may use this Store Credit whenever you like in the future, either by making further purchases on the internet or by coming into our stores. Shipping costs to and from you are for your account. Store Credit can be used on any item within the store or online, and never expires. Items which are considered Special Orders, On Sale Items or those items described above as not returnable cannot be sent back and Store Credit will not be applied.
