With a newborn or a baby on the way, we realize it can sometimes be difficult to make it down to the store. This is why Crocodile seeks to make shipping items to your home as easy and convenient as possible. Items ordered in store or online can be shipped anywhere in Canada.
Free Shipping for Online Orders of $89 (before tax) and Over
We provide Free Shipping on any online orders greater than $89 (before tax). We use Canada Post Expedited Service as our delivering provider, hence any product that exceeds Canada Post weight and/or dimensions (for example furniture) does not qualify for Free Shipping. This offer does not apply to customers located in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Maritime provinces. Also excluded from Free Shipping are clearance items, promotional items, and gift certificates.
We also provide White Glove Delivery (see below) of Furniture to all Greater Vancouver customers. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these two free services.
Free Delivery on Furniture within the Lower Mainland
What counts as Furniture?
That's easy! Any Cribs, Beds, Dressers, Change tables, Gliders and Rockers, and Twin sized mattresses.
What is considered the Lower Mainland?
We will deliver any of the listed items above to addresses within:
Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Deep Cove, Burnaby, Richmond, Steveston, Surrey (west of 184 st), White Rock, Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody.

Shipping cost will automatically be calculated when you place your order. You will receive this information prior to payment. Costs will also vary depending on the urgency of shipment. For example, if you wish your item delivered by priority courier the price will increase. Different price quotes and shipping times will be provided for you to chose from before payment is finalized.
If you would like a shipping cost quote prior to ordering, please e-mail us at email@example.com and provide the items you wish to ship as well as your postal code. We can then calculate the rate for you.
We ship via Canada Post Expedited Mail, Greyhound or Fedex Ground (in that order of preference). When we ship Greyhound (for large items that Canada post cannot accept) we will typically ship to your city's terminal. If you would like delivery by Greyhound to your front door, please ask for this in the "Comments" section and we will add the extra $6.00 charge to your shipping costs. If you would like to make other arrangements, please say so in the "Comments" section.
For all large shipments you will be contacted by our staff to finalize arrangements. We will let you know when your items are on their way.
Shipping to the USA
Shipments to the US with a value of greater than $200 may attract US Customs charges and brokerage fees. This is out of our control and any charges arising from this are for your account. In addition, any return shipments from the US will only be accepted if they are sent by the US Postal Service. Sending return packages by FedEx or UPS will lead to brokerage fee and duties that will be added to your account. Note that these packages must be clearly marked as "Return to sender".
If you would prefer not to pay for shipping, you can pick up your items in store in Kitsilano, Yaletown, North Shore or South Surrey. Please make sure to specify at which location you wish to pick-up your items. See the Contact section for maps to our four locations.
In addition, if someone other than the person who payed for the order will be picking up the order please specify this under shipping details or in the comments section of your order. If a gift is for a registry and you wish us to contact your friend to pick-up the item, please provide their phone number.
