Gift registries are a wonderful way for friends and family to send that special something from far away. At Crocodile we wish to make registries as convenient as possible. Through the website you can add items, remove gifts and update your registry from the comfort of your own home. Here's how!
How to create an accountYour Crocodile Baby account is the easiest way to order and register online. On any page of the website, click on the upper right hand "login" button. This takes you to the login page. Below the login information click on "register for access". Enter the required information (highlighted by red bullet points) and choose your username and password. Once completed click "create account". You have now successfully created your Crocodile Baby account. We will automatically send you an e-mail confirming your account and displaying your user name and password for future reference. This account can be used to order merchandise as well as to create and update your registry. Click on "account information" to add information to your account to facilitate purchasing or click on "create registry" to create your registry.
*Please note that your e-mail address or any other information provided on www.crocodilebaby.com will only be used if Crocodile needs to notify you for any reason about your new account or registry. It will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes. The information is kept secure and will not be shared.
How to login to your account
On any page of the website, click on the upper right hand "login" button. This takes you to the login page. Enter your user name and password and click "login". Please note the user name and password is case sensitive. You can now Click on "account information" to add information to your account to facilitate purchasing or click on "create registry" to create your registry.
Notice that the top right corner button no longer says "login" but rather "view" and "logout". Click "view" to access your account information or registry. Click "logout" to logout of your account.
Oops...I forgot my password!
If you have forgotten your password. Enter your user name or e-mail address in the username field. Then click "forgot your password? click here". Crocodile will automatically send you an e-mail with your user name and password information.
Adding information to your accountWhy add information to your account? When you use your account to purchase merchandise, having the information on file will facilitate ordering. Enter your information once and never have to enter it again when you make a purchase on CrocodileBaby.com. Simply login, select, checkout, and the computer will automatically insert your information for quick and easy ordering.
To add information to your account or make changes to existing information you must first login to your account. Click on the "account information" button after login or after creating your new account. Enter or modify optional billing and shipping information. When you have completed, click "update" to save your changes.
How to create a registryNow, you are ready to create a registry. This can be done in two ways.
1) Creating a registry with your existing account.
Login to your account or click "view" if you have already logged in. Click "create registry".
- Add the required information (highlighted by red bullet points) and any optional information you'd like. Note that we have provided a default greeting message for your registry. This message can be changed to reflect your personal greeting. Simply type your greeting in the available space and delete the default message. Certain items are available in store but are not displayed online. If you would like to add any of these items to your registry, this greeting message is a great place to mention them. Also, if you would like your friends and family to ship you your registry items, please make sure to fill in the shipping information.
- Next, select the shipping options you prefer. These options will be displayed when your friends and family purchase from your registry.
- Once this is completed, press "create registry". Crocodile will now display your registry number and tell you that your registry has successfully been created. Click "start shopping now!" to begin adding items to your registry.
2) Creating a registry with no account.
On the left hand side of any page, click on the blue "gift registry" button with the gift icon. In the "Create a Registry" section enter the required information (highlighted by red bullet points). Enter username and password. Once completed, click "create registry". Verify the details then click "create account". You have now successfully create your Crocodile Baby account. We will automatically send you an e-mail confirming your account and displaying your user name and password for future reference.
Follow the create a registry information provided above.
Adding items to your registry
Once you click "start shopping now" or have logged in to you Crocodile account you can begin to add items to your registry. Just browse through our numerous items and click on your desired items for details. At the top of each item, specify the quantity, size, colour, or style you wish to receive from the scroll down menus and click "add to registry". Your item has been added. You may add many items as you wish.
At anytime, click on the top left button "My registry" to view your registry.
Making changes to your registry
Once you are logged in to your account. Click the top left button "my registry" or "registry information" from the login page. From here you can edit your registry details such as shipping information, remove or update items from your registry, share your registry with friends and family, or delete your registry. Click on the appropriate tab to make these changes.
To remove items from your registry, go to the "view my registry items". Place a check mark on the items you wish to remove by clicking in the box under the column "Remove". Once your items have been checked, click "Remove" at the bottom of the page to delete your items.
I received a message that an item from my registry was deleted...If an item is no longer available it will be removed from the website and automatically removed form your registry. You will be sent an e-mail notification that the change to your registry has occurred. If this happens, it is a good idea to check the item, it may be that just a particular colour or style has been discontinued. Or that the style number has changed leading to the change in your registry. You can add the item again if you desire a different style.
How to find my friend's registryAt the top left corner of all pages click on "Find a registry" enter your friend's registry number (if known) or first or last name. Click "find registry". A few option may show up, click on your friend's name (should appear in blue). You can now browse their registry.
