Gift Certificate

We offer Gift Certificates as a means of allowing your friends the ability to choose exactly what they want. You might want to give the exact amount of a Diaper Bag or a Stroller, but you are not sure of the colour they want - in this case go to the product page, check the price, add the tax (multiply the price by 1.14) and then return to this page to buy the precise amount you want.

Gift Certificates work as follows. You can create any amount you want by choosing the amounts in the drop down box and adding them together. Some mathematical skill is required so you may want to use your computer’s calculator to make sure you get the total right.
We will phone you, the cardholder, to ensure that you really did want to buy your friends the Gift Certificate. We have been defrauded one too many times to not do this. We hope this is not a bother to you.
We will advise by mail that a Gift Certificate has been purchased for your friends. We will not mail them the Gift Certificate because it is the same as mailing cash. As your friends have to come here to spend the Certificate anyway, we will give it to them when they come.
If your friends do not want to spend the whole amount – no problem! We will create a store credit for the unspent balance and they can use that at their leisure. Our computer system tracks their spending and saves your money for them. As a note, we will never give them cash for unspent balances.
