HiLo Baby Chair

With the introduction of the HilLo chair, AGE Design (AGE) raises the standard in design of children’s furnishings. The first of several new children’s products to be introduced by this talented, young design firm, the HiLo chair is where intelligent design meets contemporary styling. The colorful, dual-height chair serves parental aesthetics for modern interiors, while keeping toddlers well seated from 6 months to 6 years.

On first impression, the HiLo kids chair looks basic with its one-piece molded plastic seat held together by wild cherry wood folding legs that is easily adjusted by a two-button pullout aluminum mechanism. In fact, with one easy maneuver, the seatbelt-clad chair conveniently swivels from high chair to under-table chair. Yet, the HiLo chair’s subtle, less-is-more design features go further than most modern high chairs. From the 3-point seat belt and intentionally curved armrests to the raised, plastic tray lip, crotch bar and ultra resistant nylon wheels, each added design feature is strategic, clever and understated.

Features:

• The extra resistant nylon wheels make it easy to move the chair around. Gently grip the tray with one hand, tilt the chair slightly backwards and pull to move.
• Molded seat to provide optimal seating comfort. No cushion that can gets dirty or wet, comfortable molded seat, easy to clean surface non-slippery surface, and perfect 12° seat angle.
• Armrests help keep your child securely seated as they make it difficult to lean outwards.
• Easy to switch from one chair function to another as there are no screws to adjust or pieces to take apart. To change from Hi (baby chair) to Lo (kid chair) just pull out the two aluminum buttons on each side of the chair simultaneously, push the seat forward and tilt upright.

• The tray lip keeps liquid on the tray and reduces the risk of things tumbling down.
• To help keep baby put we designed and incorporated a clever crotch bar to the tray.
