Frequently Asked Questions
1) How will my friend know who this gift is from?
All gifts that are labeled as such on order will include gift receipt and a small crocodile card stating who the gift is for and from. If you do not wish to include this card, please let us know on the "comments" section of your order.
2) How do I delete items from my registry?
To remove items from your registry, login to your account, click on
gift registry and scroll down the page to the items on your list. At the right there is a Delete button for each item. Simply click on the appropriate button and the item will be deleted.
3) I received a message that an item from my registry was deleted, what happened?
If an item is no longer available it will be removed from the website and automatically removed form your registry. You will be sent an e-mail notification that the change to your registry has occurred. If this happens, it is a good idea to check the item, it may be that just a perticular colour or style has been discontinued. Or that the style number has changed leading to the change in your registry. You can add the item again if you desire a different style.
4) I forgot my password, what do i do?
If you have forgotten your password. Enter your user name or e-mail address in the username field. Then click "forgot your password? click here". Crocodile will automatically send you an e-mail with your user name and password information.
5) What is a special order?
Any item that is not a regular stock item is a special order. These mostly include furniture, cribs, gliders, or unique colours of strollers. These items must be paid for in full prior to ordering. Once the item has been payed and ordered, they belongs to you and cannot be returned. You will be informed of the estimated order time for your item prior to completing the special order. As soon as the order arrives in store you will be contacted.
