With a newborn or a baby on the way, we realize it can sometimes be difficult to make it down to the store. This is why Crocodile seeks to make shipping items to your home as easy and convenient as possible. Items ordered in store or online can be shipped anywhere in Canada. We also ship internationally to the US, Japan, New Zealand, England, and more.
Free Shipping
In appreciation for shopping with us, Crocodile is pleased to offer you free shipping on orders over $750.00. This offer is subject to the following restrictions:
This offer is applicable to orders shipping within Canada only. All international orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Unfortunately we cannot extend this offer for orders shipping to the maritime provinces (including Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick) or the northern territories (including Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut).
Oversize items do not qualify for free shipping. These items will be clearly marked as oversize on their product page.
The Free Shipping cannot be combined with Special Sales.

Shipping costs
Shipping cost will automatically be calculated when you place your order. You will receive this information prior to payment. Costs will also vary depending on the urgency of shipment. For example, if you wish your item delivered by priority courier the price will increase. Different price quotes and shipping times will be provided for you to chose from before payment is finalized.
If you would like a shipping cost quote prior to ordering, please e-mail us at info@crocodilebaby.com and provide the items you wish to ship as well as your postal code. We can then calculate the rate for you.
Shipping methods
We ship via Canada Post Expedited Mail, Greyhound or Fedex Ground (in that order of preference). When we ship Greyhound (for large items that Canada post cannot accept) we will typically ship to your city's terminal. If you would like delivery by Greyhound to your front door, please ask for this in the "Comments" section and we will add the extra $6.00 charge to your shipping costs. If you would like to make other arrangements, please say so in the "Comments" section.
For all large shipments you will be contacted by our staff to finalize arrangements. We will let you know when your items are on their way.
Shipping to the USA
Shipments to the US with a value of greater than $200 may attract US Customs charges and brokerage fees. This is out of our control and any charges arising from this are for your account.
In addition, any return shipments from the US will only be accepted if they are sent by the US Postal Service. Sending return packages by FedEx or UPS will lead to brokerage fee and duties that will be to your account. Note that these packages must be clearly marked as "Return to sender".
In-store pick-up
If you would prefer not to pay for shipping, you can pick up your items in store in Kitsilano or South Surrey. Please make sure to specify at which location you wish to pick-up your items. See the Contact section for maps to our two locations.
In addition, if someone other than the person who payed for the order will be picking up the order please specify this under shipping details or in the comments section of your order. If a gift is for a registry and you wish us to contact your friend to pick-up the item, please provide their phone number.
Delivery and Set-up
We offer free complimentary set-up and tutorials on all strollers bought at Crocodile. For certain strollers such as Bugaboo, Stokke, and Chariot, which are a bit more complicated, we strongly encourage customers to make use of this service. This will greatly enhance your enjoyment of your new stroller.
For furniture, gliders, and any larger items we offer delivery and set-up for a fee. Delivery by Crocodile is available for the Vancouver area only. All other locations must go through our shipping process.
