At Crocodile, we provide our customers with strictly brand new merchandise. Our customers appreciate the comfort of knowing that all items they purchase at our store have not been tested out by other customers. To preserve this guarantee, we do maintain a strict store policy. The details are outlined as follows:
In Store Discount
Crocodile wishes to give back to our customers and thank them for shopping with us. We are please to offer an in store "Thank You" discount for up to 5% on all large orders. These orders must be placed at one time; the discount does not transfer to orders placed at a later date. Each order is considered separately for the discount. This discount is applicable to in store purchases ONLY. Online, we offer free shipping on all orders over $750.00. This free shipping offer is applicable for online purchases ONLY.
The in store Thank You discount breaks down as follows:
For all orders from $700 - $1000 .......... 2% Off
For all order from $1001 - $1350 .......... 3% Off
For all order from $1351 - $1750 .......... 4% Off
For all order from $1751 and up ............ 5% Off
Certain items do not qualify for the Thank You discount because the companies do not allow us to sell their merchandise below their minimum retail price. These items include: Britax, Stokke, Bugaboo, Double/Triple Strollers and Chariot.
Returns and Exchange in Store
Crocodile has a strict "no refund" policy. However if you wish to return your item you may do so for an exchange or Store Credit. Items must be brought back within 10 days of purchase with a regular receipt or 20 days with a Gift Receipt. Receipts must be presented at exchange. Items must be in original condition with the original packaging.
No receipt? Come in and give us your name, we can try and look up your receipt to find the date of purchase. If we cannot locate your receipt the decision to accept the exchange will be left to Crocodile management.
No original packaging or the item is used? Sorry, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns.
For hygienic reasons, all mattresses, bathing and feeding items are final sale. This includes but is not limited to: potties, baby bottles, swim diapers, sippy cups, bathtubs, and bath seats. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for these items.
Store Credit
Store credit will be placed under your name and can be used at anytime in store or online and will never expire. You will be given a receipt detailing the amount of store credit. Please present this receipt when using your store credit. You can transfer your store credit to a friend by purchasing a gift certificate.
Returns and Exchanges from the USA
Any returns from the US are for store credit or exchanges only and will only be accepted if they are sent by the US Postal Service. Sending return packages via FedEx or UPS will lead to brokerage fees and duties that will be to your account. Note that these packages must be clearly marked as "Return to sender".

All on sale items are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges Online
If you wish to return what you have purchased over the internet, you may do so within 10 days. You must return the receipt and the goods must be in their original packaging and unused. It is a good idea to send us an e-mail at info@crocodilebaby.com to notify us of your possible return. Once we receive your item, we will generate a store credit in your name for the amount of the merchandise and taxes thereon. You may use this store credit whenever you like in the future, either by making further purchases on the internet or by coming into our stores. Please note that all internet purchase transactions, including those using Store Credit, generate a $5.00 non-refundable handling fee. Shipping and handling costs to you and return shipping costs are for your account. Store Credit can be used on any item within the store or online, and never expires. No returns will be accepted on Special Orders, On Sale Items or those items described above as not returnable.
