1. How will my friend know who this gift is from?

All gifts that are labeled as such on order will include gift receipt and a small Crocodile card stating who the gift is for and from. If you do not wish to include this card, please let us know on the 'Comments' section of your order.

2. How do I delete items from my registry?

To remove items from your registry, please login to your account, click on My Baby Registry and select "Your Baby Registry" from the horizontal menu. Each item in your registry listing has a delete option next to it. Simply click on the appropriate button and the item will be removed.

3. I received an email that an item from my registry was deleted, what happened?

If an item is no longer available it will be removed from the website and automatically removed from your registry.

4. I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password please go to the account login page and click on 'Lost your password' below the login area.

5. What is a special order?

Any item that is not a regular stock item is a special order. These items must be paid for in full prior to ordering. Once the item has been payed and ordered, they belong to you and cannot be returned. You will be informed of the estimated order time for your item prior to completing the special order. As soon as the order arrives in store you will be contacted.

6. What payments do you accept In-Store?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Union Pay and cash.
